Detailed construction drawings and specifications are provided for your builder or contractor, helping bring the design to life while minimizing unexpected and costly decisions during construction.
This service includes:

A 60-minute initial consultation to review your space and discuss project needs and goals

A fully dimensioned and annotated floor plan and reflected ceiling plan illustrating the proposed design

Kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry elevations, when applicable

Finish material selections

A 60-minute final consultation to review the design and discuss any requested changes

One revision incorporating your requested adjustments
All completed design documents will be delivered via email in PDF format.
