House on the Market

Client: Home Owner/ Seller

Location: South Texas

After an extended time on the market, this home required a thoughtful shift in presentation to better connect with prospective buyers.

Curb appeal was the first step, introducing a soft neutral green to complement the existing brown and cream palette and bring a more inviting, updated presence to the exterior. The brick mortar was refined to soften the columns, while fresh landscaping added a more tailored and welcoming approach.

Inside, a subtle adjustment to the overall paint palette introduced depth to what was previously a range of flat whites. Ceiling beams and tongue-and-groove paneling were refined to a more balanced neutral, creating contrast that complements the natural stone fireplace. The kitchen island was updated with a warm wood veneer to soften the surrounding hard surfaces and introduce tonal variation, while select lighting and updated hardware added moments of contrast and warmth. These same principles were carried throughout the home, resulting in a cohesive, refreshed environment that feels both inviting and market-ready.
