Designed from the ground up as a retirement home, this project focused on maximizing every square foot while taking full advantage of the surrounding countryside. The kitchen and living areas were positioned to capture the views and connect easily to a covered porch, while an efficient primary suite, grandchildren’s bunk room, mudroom with dog wash, and generously sized garage were carefully planned around the client’s lifestyle.
