This Service Includes:

• A 45-minute initial conversation to review photos, use of space, requirements, and wishes

• A space plan with a new furniture layout

• Elevations of kitchen or bathroom, if applicable

• One 3D visual to show a perspective view of the space with the new layout, furniture, color scheme, and decor

• Furniture and decor suggestions that can be purchased separately if you wish

• A 45-minute conversation to review the final design of your room and to discuss any changes you would like to see

• One revision, showing the changes or adjustments that you requested

All completed documents provided by the designer will be delivered via email (pdf format)

You will need to submit the following:

• Current photos of the room and any furniture or items that you would like to include in the space

• An existing floor plan with accurate dimensions noted. This can be a hand-drawn sketch or a copy of the construction documents provided to you by your builder

• Dimensions of any furniture or decor that will remain in the space

Turn-around time for this service is up to 2 weeks
